Ensure all EC staff and stakeholders are trained to provide services for students with disabilities within their least restrictive environment.

Ensuring that all schools have the necessary resources and materials to implement best practices.
Finance
Evaluate district expenditures around student resources and professional development for staff.

Using a variety of platforms to ensure enhanced access to potential employees.
Center for Innovation
Collaborate with various stakeholders in the development and execution of CFI programming and events to ensure that all student groups and staff members have the opportunity to engage and participate.
Operations
Upgrade facilities/grounds to meet ADA needs of all VCS students, staff and visitors.
Student Services
Increase the secondary advanced courses (Honors/AP/College courses) offered for all learners, specifically marginalized or underrepresented student populations at all schools.
Technology
Evaluate and procure technology tools and resources to support the needs of students and staff, address the learning styles of all learners and support anytime, anywhere learning.
